Terra Dorada Cabernet Sauvignon
Grown exclusively at 1200 feet elevation in the rocky foothills of the San Juaquin Valley in the Raymond Quadrangle.
Crafted from six distinct Cabernet Sauvignon clones grown across four micro-terroirs—Volcanic Clay, Decomposed Granite, DG Loam, and Red Clay—this wine captures the full complexity and dimension of our hillside vineyard sites.
Aged for 24 months in medium-toast French oak, the result is a deeply structured Cabernet with intense color and layered sophistication. Notes of dark cherry, graphite, and cocoa mingle with subtle hints of cedar and crushed stone.
This is a bold yet refined wine made for the distinguished palate—a true expression of place, clone, and craft.

Éminence Rouge is the pinnacle of our winemaking philosophy—a masterful age worthy blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Tempranillo, Malbec, Merlot, and Syrah. Grown in four distinct soil types—Volcanic Clay, Decomposed Granite, DG Loam, and Red Clay—each varietal contributes its own dimension of power, elegance, and structure.

Aged for 12-18 months in medium-toast French oak, the wine offers an opulent yet balanced profile. Aromas of wild blackberry, violets, and spice unfold into a richly textured palate of black currant, dark chocolate, and mineral-driven earthiness. Fine tannins and vibrant acidity carry through to a long, polished finish.

Solstice Rosé
Solstice Rosé is a delicate yet vibrant expression of Cabernet Sauvignon, crafted with intention from select vineyard blocks harvested at optimal ripeness for rosé production. Grown in soils of decomposed granite and volcanic clay, the fruit shows natural freshness and depth.
Pale blush in hue with glints of rose gold, the wine opens with aromas of wild strawberry, grapefruit zest, and crushed herbs. On the palate, it offers a graceful balance of crisp acidity and silky texture, revealing notes of pomegranate, white cherry, and a hint of saline minerality.
